This acrylic poring was created by first doing a "dirty pour technique" where all colors were mixed together in a paper roll which was carefully lifted from the center of the canvas and then tilted until all edged of the canvas was colored in paint. With a flat wooden surface the side edges were covered as well. I then performed a "swipe" with a wet paper towel to create the wavy white lines. Finally i took a toothpick to create the swirls.
This picture was inspired by my friend Michael who is a deep thinker and social activist who likes to look at situations from different perspectives and examines the premise of many assumptions to be able to understand different and sometimes unconventional perspectives to challenging questions.
