Rutabaga

Have you ever eaten the root vegetable called "Rutabaga" (Swede)? Rutabaga has been eaten in northern countries such as Scandinavian countries and Russia. In Germany and France, it was an important source of nutrition during wartime famine. What drove me to make NFT of this vegetable was interesting. When I was infected with a coronavirus and unable to leave my house, Russia's invasion on Ukraine has intensified. I was thinking about what I could do with my project to turn vegetables into NFT (Edible Plant Paradise). I came up with an idea to make an NFT with beet as it seems beet is beloved in Ukraine. Yes, they are the origin of Borscht (борщ in Ukrainian language). But I did not have any beets to buy at home and I cannot go out ... I asked @neumannsalva, a German artist and my Hive friend since Steemit time, that she could send me some photos of beet. She sent me beets and rutabagas photos. Then the rutabagas became a NFT.
