Not everything is what it seems

This little work, frames many themes, when I made it I just wanted to do something simple, like sometimes we act at will while other people just see us as idiots.. but as I progressed, it was looking like The Sacred Heart of Jesus.. so I ended up transforming my design and placing elements to make my version.
