Oil of Venus - Alchemy NFT

This is my first batch of copper acetate ever made, this is obtained by taking copper oxide and reacting it with concentrated acetic acid, which produces copper acetate. The Liquid is gently evaporated leaving beautiful blue crystals that begin forming as it dries. These crystals are crushed and then put into a dry distillation train that can handle temps up to 800-1000°C, at these temperatures the copper acetate decomposes into metallic copper and the organic acetate portion gets catalyzed and distilled into a complex mix of molecules that are the same as found in many plant essential oils. The oil of copper obtained this way is fully organic and very potent medicine, it usually comes out smelling like a sweet divine rose with hints of liquorice. This process can be done for most metals, except for gold and silver which require a different methodology to obtain their oils!
