"Never Completely Lost" by RFY(HF)

[Various pens on reclaimed cardboard with digital embellishments and color.] Mental health is still stigmatized, despite how much we now know about the brain... (And DON'T know.) Philip K. Dick once said something to the effect of this sentiment: "When the world is crazy, the only proper response to it is crazy." (I think it was in MARTIAN TIME-SLIP, but my memory ain't fur shit anymore...) The world, OFFICIALLY, is crazy. I declare it to be so. But though there are some humorous MOMENTS in mental health issues, it's still serious stuff (deadly serious) and needs to be taken as such. If someone is asking for help, then help. If you CAN'T help, try to find someone who can. (My digital mailbox is open. I'm terrible at face-to-face, but I'm willing to listen...or read. I'm a good reader.) I've also read an interesting book by R.D. Laing (was it POLITICS OF EXPERIENCE? I'm pretty sure it was...even if it was 30 years ago that I read it,) in which he writes that those who have been DOWN the road of otherness and returned might be valuable at helping others get back as well!
