The Pinkeye Marble (Marble 7)
This marble was designed in Apophysis 2.09, a 2D fractal art program stretched into 3D ... it can be made to redraw lines into such a small space that the impression of depth is created -- hence, the making of marbles and other round figures. Here is the Pinkeye Marble, one of the finest representatives of fractal marble making I have in my proverbial vaults ... the way the colors separated for me gave me the strong impression of a pink eyeball and a blue iris ... never again will the mathematics behind fractal geometry give such a figure again, so, there can be only one!
