About me Jean Ravel (Serbian, b.1972) Grafik Designer limited-edition toy and clothing designer. He was born in Stuttgart, BW, as Zan Ravel Velenderic. Growing up in Belgrade, Serbia, and in Stuttgart Germany, Jean first became interested in graffiti and Pop art in elementary school, where he spent a good deal of time copying graffiti images onto paper. As he grew older, his influences came from traditional life painters, such as Gerhard Richter (German, b.1932), Chuck Close (American, b.1940) Andy Warhol (American b.1928 ) and Marina Abramovic ( Serbian b.1946) Jean’s career began as a Grafik Design artist in Belgrade, Serbia, in the early 1990s. His images were seen on T Shirts, Wahl, and in galeries. He obtained his Grafik Design in Frei Kunst Schule Stuttgart, Germany and Audio Visuelle Medien Grafik Design , on Lazi Akademie in Esslingen. Immediately after graduation in 1998, Jean began working as a freelance artist and ART Director in Switzerland, Germany and Serbia. He traveled extensively to work in Paris, Genova, Berlin. Since 1992 he Work in Live in Stuttgart Germany. He also Create a concept stores and he is owner of one most popular Coffee Store in Stuttgart ''ZIMT & ZUCKER '' and ''BITTER SWEET''. in 2018 he startet ''PROJECT D'' 3 D Art Figure and show his Work on Art Toy Barcelona, and Designer Con in Anaheim USA, and in Valencia ''CAOS COMUTY''.
